Groome; PA Academy of Fine Arts; with Anshutz, Brecken- ridge, Cecelia Beaux, Wm. Artist "George Bruestle" American Impressionist Art, Old Lyme School Art, Landscape painting by Old Lyme artist George Bruestle of a barn near a meadow with distant sky. The painting measures 8 inches by 9 and seven eighths of an inch. On the back it is signed To Mrs Samuel Shaw from George M Bruestle April 3, 1930. This painting just came in from an Old Lyme, CT estate and is in need of restoration because it does have crazing.
